The Broadway Casino in Birmingham, UK, has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is only given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a set of rules to determine the honorees that takes into account reviews ratings.  Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, volume and frequency of reviews. Additional criteria include a business’ tenure and popularity ranking on the site.

Charles Griffin, general manager at Broadway Casino, said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and it’s testament to the hard work of all the staff here at Broadway Casino that we have achieved this.

“We’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to review us on TripAdvisor as there is no greater seal of approval than those of our own customers and this accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence in Broadway Casino and our continued commitment to excellence.”

“TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses for consistent excellence,” said Marc Charron, president of TripAdvisor for Business. “The Certificate of Excellence award gives top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
