Tranchant Gaming Technology of France took a much larger stand in its second year at ICE.

Taking centre stage on it was a semi-automatic roulette table for 14 players. Also available as a seven-player, the game has to have a croupier to comply with the law in France.

The product also comes with an integrated ticket system whereby players register to get credit and then use their fingerprints to obtain tickets, providing double security.

“The player can then leave the roulette game and go to a slot machine and use the same process to get credit and tickets,” said the company’s Katia Kaupp Monnier. “It is a completely cashless system.”

Tranchant developed the system and Caro made the table as part of a joint venture in which both companies shared their research and development facilities.
