Tottenham and Co, the international gaming consultancy, is reforming after 10 years.
The company originally commenced business in 1986 and was built by its founder, Andrew Tottenham, into one of the pre-eminent consulting firms specialising in the international gaming industry. Clients over its almost 18 years of business have included Harrah’s Entertainment, Sun International, Rank, IGT, Ace Denko Japan, Harrods, Barcrest, PWC, Deloitte and Touche and many private equity firms.
Tottenham and Co will now provide the following services: business strategy and market entry strategy formulation, development planning and implementation, business reviews, M&A, feasibility and market studies, international transaction negotiation, government representation and negotiation, regulatory frameworks and compliance.
Andrew Tottenham said: “I am tremendously excited to restart the business after a hiatus of over 10 years. During this time I have been fortunate to head up EMEA development for one of the largest gaming companies in the world, Caesars Entertainment, and was the in-country lead for the Madrid project for Las Vegas Sands, the largest gaming company in the world.
“These endeavours have deepened my professional experience, particularly in the areas of development strategy, high level government negotiations and multi-billion dollar resort development. I look forward to leveraging my expertise and assisting clients in the European, American and Asian markets.”
