TCS John Huxley presented a new face to the world at IGE after a complete rebranding.

“Five years on from the merger of TCS and John Huxley we felt it was time for a change,” marketing manager Tracy Cohen told InterGaming. “It was also the 30th anniversary of John Huxley.”

After hiring the service of two agencies, the company eventually designed the new branding in-house. At the same time the company is launching a brand new website. The new site is territory specific to reflect the fact that TCS John Huxley sells different products in different regions.

The company announced too that it had gained GLI 25 approval for its TouchTable MultiPLAY Roulette in South Africa. “This is something we have been aiming for for quite a while,” said Cohen. “The product is going really well and will do even better now that it can go into GLI-approved territories.”

The company also launched several new products in London. Star of the show was Novomatic’s Novo Unity II, a platform that brings a new dimension to multiplayer server-based terminal gaming. Any number and combination of Novomatic games can be played on one terminal.

Also shown was AccuLevel, which was in prototype form at G2E in Las Vegas. This allows operators to adjust the level of roulette wheels for maintenance. It also allows for easy rotation, which helps prevent bias.

“Operators have been unwilling to rotate because it is difficult to do, but AccLevel takes that difficulty away,” said Cohen.
