President and managing director EMEA Wilbert Bieleman said that the move was undertaken to consolidate the operations, enhance efficiency and streamline the distribution process.

“Centralised sales support and service help us to increase our focus and grow our collective knowledge. Expertise is easier to find and disseminate,” he said.

SuzoHapp has been at the Poznan location since mid-2016. It covers 20,000sq.m. and produces and distributes 400 SuzoHapp lines daily on an international basis. In June of this year the company expanded its storage to hold another 1,500 pallets.

Poznan has 130 employees in departments ranging from engineering to manufacturing, service to distribution.

“Our approach to operations delivery is customer-centric and innovative. In fact, Poznan often creates the best practices blueprint by which we streamline operations at our other logistics facilities worldwide. Most recently, our Polish team is implementing a new global ERP system to streamline ordering, production and shipping in ways that will make it even easier to work with us,” he said.
