Clarion Gaming has announced that its Gaming Africa event (October 24-25), has so far attracted interest from across the globe with registered delegates from 29 countries.

The inaugural event, set to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, has so far received a positive response to its agenda, which was published last week. Learning modules covering the economy, payment methods, social responsibility, anti-money laundering, investment and public relations will feature alongside regional roundtables.

Two masterclasses from the Totally Gaming Academy will also be offered, entitled Casino Marketing Academy and Online Sports Betting Masterclass.

Regulators and legislators will be represented at the event, including influential figures such as Edgar Agaba, CEO of Uganda's Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board; James Mbalwe, director general of the Gaming Board of Tanzania; and Jean Claude Mushmire, head of the services industry development policy at the Rwanda Ministry of Trade and Industry.
