Innovators in fields as diverse as fantasy sports, responsible gaming and statistical modelling are among the finalists for this year’s Pitch ICE at ICE Totally Gaming from February 2-4 in London.

The line-up, which celebrates start-ups in the gaming industry, will feature 14 hopefuls looking to follow last year’s winner Gamevy - which has recorded a 900 per cent increase in value in the ensuing 12 months.
The participants will deliver their 15-minute pitches twice at ICE Totally Gaming. Attendees can vote for their favourite via the website of crowdfunding platform GamCrowd, which produces Pitch ICE in partnership with Clarion Events, with the overall winner announced on the final day of ICE.
Each start-up has already produced a pitch video that gives a brief outline of what their business or concept is about. The videos can be viewed at www.gamcrowd.com/pitchice.
Chris North, founder and chief executive at GamCrowd, said he was delighted by the interest shown in the competition.
“We’re really pleased with the quality of entrants for this year’s Pitch ICE competition,” he said. “We are really looking forward to seeing them all take part in this year’s event and once again showcasing the best new ideas about in the industry.”
