Jelena Dimitrijevic, managing director of Serbian games cabinet manufacturer Euroslot, believes that the country's market is showing signs of improvement.
Sharing a booth with its partner Aristocrat at the Belgrade show, Euroslot is aiming to build on its "stable relationship" with the Australian company.
Although acknowledging that the large market for second-hand machines in Serbia remains a significant barrier to companies seeking to sell the latest equipment, Dimitrijevic claimed that the availability of machines such as Aristocrat’s Series 3 is good news for the Balkan region.
New machines represent "good value and good quality," she said, stating that operators are beginning to replace their old machines with new equipment.
"It’s a good period for the market. It’s developing fast," she remarked.
