Genting Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa recorded encouraging results in Q3, with adjusted EBITDA growing 31 per cent to US$257m from Q2.

The company attributes this growth to the sustained recovery of travel and tourism in Singapore.

According to the financial results, in group-wide performance, Genting Singapore has delivered $507m in revenue, representing a 33 per cent growth from the corresponding period a year ago. Net profit increased by nearly 60 per cent to $159m.

On a hold-normalisd basis, gross gaming revenue improved 31 per cent quarter-on-quarter to $525.5m, exceeding 2019 levels for both VIP and mass gaming segments.

Non-gaming revenue improved 22 per cent from the previous quarter to $169m due to increased foreign visitor arrivals and higher customer spending during the summer holiday season.
