May was a record month for gaming revenues in Nevada, according to CDC Gaming Reports.

The state was helped by the third busiest month in Las Vegas airport history at 4.57 million passengers. The gaming business posted $1.3bn in revenue, the highest May total on record and 15th consecutive month of exceeding $1bn.

The figure is a 5.71 per cent increase over may of last year and 32.4 per cent higher than May of 2019.
