Gambling authorities in South Africa have given the go-ahead to Sun International to build a three billion rand entertainment complex in the Pretoria area.
The company, which will shut down another casino in the region, will build a casino, hotel, conference centre and an indoor facility for concerts in an affluent part of the city.
The operator also said it would have a management contract and hold an effective 74.9 per cent of the development, which it has said could take about three years to complete.
