Bratislava's Olympic Casino hosted two major press conferences during the recent tennis veterans' showdown exhibition match in the Slovakian capital.
Local favourite and major international player Dominik Hrbaty, was playing the match against legend Pete Sampras. The match was played at the Incheba exhibition centre in Bratislava, which is also the location for the annual Slovakian coin machine trade show.
Olympic hosted two press conferences for 50 journalists in a morning session and 70 in an afternoon and also welcomed the players to the casino gaming floor in the evening, when a private blackjack table had been requested for the players’ use.
It is now intended that the Tennis Classic will become an annual event in Bratislava. During the height of their competitive careers, Hrbaty and Sampras met three times in matches, Sampras winning twice and Hrbaty once.
