The new video appliance will support the analysis of up to four video channels and the recording of up to eight IP video channels.

Thirty years of experience in transmission, recording and picture-processing technology, is applied by Dallmeier in its new developments.

The company is a pioneer of CCTV/IP solutions that enable the company to offer standalone systems but also complete network solutions for all sizes of projects and is already well known in the casino sector.

The company, which makes all of its own components, has several accolades to its credit, including the world’s first DVR, which introduced digital recording to the CCTV industry.

The new device, the DVS 800 IPS, is a compact and versatile Sedor video analysis server appliance; the proven platform of VideoNetBox II is used as hardware. The server software for analysis and the recoding server software is pre-installed. They are configured with a browser via an Ethernet connection.

It offers fast and intuitive displays of live views and supports sophisticated navigation functions for playback, search and the ability to find sequences with movements. Results can be output in real-time directly to a Smavia Viewing Client or sent as a message or used for the control of external relays.
