Nevada’s gaming revenue dropped for the first time in eight months in March to US$1.29bn.

The year-on-year decline by 1.7 per cent from last March’s $1.31bn saw Clark County bring in $1.13bn in revenue for the state, down from $1.15bn.

Revenue from the Las Vegas Strip also declined from $724.6m to $715.9m.

For the year to date, the Nevada Gaming Control Board said gaming win has increased by 4.4 per cent.
