The Apex iDROPe cash and ticket handling system installed at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina, US, has been extended to over 100 table games.
Players will have the option of playing both slots and table games with TITO tickets acceptable by dealers at the tables. They are inserted into the iDROPe, which can also take cash.
Said Ron Hager, director of table games at the casino: “Our guests have the flexibility they deserve with iDROPe. We can accept promotional and slot tickets at the tables and pay out guests with slot tickets directly from the table. Our count room is more efficient with stackable cash boxes - also iDROPe eliminates dealer errors and every transaction is recorded, eliminating variances at the tables.”
