Four trainees (pictured left to right, Magija Jerjomina, Ayolede Ladi-James, Ryan Dale and Daniel Murray) were immersed in a 40-hour per week comprehensive curriculum that combined theoretical knowledge with practical hands-on experience.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, the trainees focused on two of the most popular and engaging casino games, American roulette and three-card poker, and mastered the intricate skills in game management, customer interaction and precise handling of gaming equipment while keeping up to speed with things such as responsible gambling and anti-money laundering.

The training programme included modules on game rules, betting procedures and the art of creating an engaging atmosphere for players.

Special emphasis was placed on developing the soft skills essential for a successful career in the gaming industry, such as communication, attention to detail and customer service.
