Macau’s casinos had an excellent month in March - and it wasn’t just the mass-market gamblers who helped drive revenues.

VIP revenue grew by about 24 per cent in March from the previous year, thanks to a 10 per cent rise in volume. High roller revenue rose 9.4 per cent during the first quarter of 2013, above analysts’ estimates of seven per cent.
