MD International has announced the acquisition of Italian gaming machine developer Magic Dreams Group.
The acquisition was made possible thanks to the intervention of two private equity funds. Becoming effective from November 1, this operation foresees MD International entering into all the activities of the group, its subsidiaries Omniludo and Super Slot included, as well as in its national and international commercial network.
The company is determined to continue all the activities of the group by enhancing the growing sectors, like online gaming and the emerging international markets. The management has been committed to Luca Gerardini, managing director of the company and former general manager.
