Alexander Haberl has become the new regulatory development manager at Gaming Laboratories International, it has been announced.

Haberl will deal with regulators, will monitor regulatory developments and update GLIO departments on changes to regulated European gaming markets. He will work from the GLI Netherlands and GLI Austria offices.

Said Martin Britton, managing director of GLI Europe and Africa: “Alexander is an industry veteran with many years of experience in the areas of new product development, R&D, server-based technology and technical compliance. I am confident that his unique professional skills and expertise will contribute significantly to delivering GLI’s world-class capabilities and customer service throughout the expanding European gaming market.”

Haberl was formerly with Novomatic in its R&D department, moved to head group projects at Greentube IES GmbH the Novomatic online gaming division and then to become managing director of BMM Testlabs and director of business development for BMM Europe GmbH in Austria.
