Mark Gasser is to assume the role of president at US-based furniture manufacturer Gasser Chair Company, a role previously held by Gary Gasser.
In his new role, Mark will have responsibility for all day-to-day business operations and will remain active in sales activities with particular emphasis on new product development.
Gary Gasser, meanwhile, will continue to serve as the company’s chief executive officer and chairman of the board, focusing on the company’s strategic planning and subsidiary operations.
“With Mark’s guidance and entrepreneurial spirit, Gasser has developed numerous innovative products that have positioned the company for continued growth,” said Gary Gasser. “I can think of no one more capable than my younger brother, Mark, to lead our company into the future with the core values Gasser was founded upon.”
