Total revenue of US$3.2bn has been recorded by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the fiscal year 2017/18 – a record.
The state has 12 licensed casinos and they contributed taxes 1.4 per cent higher than the total received in the previous year.
Slots contributed $2.3bn and tables $895.2m, both recording increases.
The largest revenues from table games is recorded from the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem at $235.7m, up 0.24 per cent, but the largest increase is at the Meadows Casino where revenues from table games were up 22.1 per cent.
