Nkoatse Mashamaite, director of gambling law and policy at the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition in South Africa, is to make a keynote address at the ICE Africa Digital event on October 27.
Mashamaite has played a key role in developing gambling in South Africa and his role is set to become even more crucial as discussions over the National Gambling Amendment Bill continue in the country.
