Aristocrat Technologies has gone live with its first server-based gaming operation in Spain, opening the first of number of networked installations in the province of Aragon.
Operated by Dioper 2000, the Zaragoza-based El Dorado Independencia salon now hosts a bank of casino-style Viridian terminals utilising the TruServ SBG system pioneered by the Aristocrat Lotteries division. Each terminal houses a Player’s World Favourite Games multipack currently offering a choice of six games.
Designed to appeal to the Spanish demographic, the initial pack incorporates a wide range of popular themes and mathematical formulae from Aristocrat’s proven global games library.
“Getting this product to market required a concerted effort from teams in Stockholm, London and Barcelona, as well as close co-operation from Dioper,” said Aristocrat’s general manager EMEA, Pedro De Matos. “The switch-on went according to plan and integrated seamlessly.”
