South Australian croupier Cherie Harbridge-Marks has won a trip to Sydney to compete in the international croupier championships by winning the SkyCity Adelaide Casino dealer championship recently.
Cherie will be up against some of the world’s best croupiers in the TCS John Huxley International Casino Dealer Championship, which will take place on August 24-25 in Sydney.
The contenders will be required to deal both blackjack and roulette to a panel of experienced judges, who will be looking for a range of qualities including accuracy, game flow, positive demeanour and customer interaction.
The winner of the Sydney competition wins an all expenses holiday for two to Macau.
