Delegates were last night beginning to gather for the start of the two-day Euromat Summit in Monte Carlo.

Over 100 people from all over Europe attended an opening drinks reception and tour of the famous Casino de Monte Carlo at the invitation of operator SBM. After the reception groups of the delegates toured the casino.

The only industry event dedicated to the land-based gaming sector in general, and to Europe’s street market in particular, is this year visiting one of gaming’s most iconic cities, with the conference itself based at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort.

Today begins two days of intensive networking and conferencing, with most subjects vital to the street market coming under scrutiny and the situation in many of the 14 member associations from 11 European countries up for discussion.
