A new customer experience platform has been launched by Crane Payment Innovations (CPI).
The online showroom will open up during the 2020 G2E virtual event, providing customers in the gaming markets with interactive demonstrations of CPI hardware and software solutions, including mobile payments, route optimisation software and cash accountability automation software.
The virtual showroom is designed to provide for the needs of customers during the pandemic, giving product demonstrations, technical information and other print and video content that can be accessed and taken away.
There is live chat and call functionality to connect directly with sales and support teams. It will launch from today through the CPI website.
