The Codere Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on the evolution of the gaming industry, took part in the recent International Addiction Care in a Human Rights Framework Congress in Cancun, Mexico.
Over 2,000 representatives from 20 countries, including the US, Canada and Argentina, took part. Throughout the three-day event experts, scholars, researchers, civil servants, politicians, teaching professionals and other interest groups discussed different proposals for solving the problem of gambling addiction and analysing possible alternatives and solutions.
