Tiger Palace Resort Bhairahawa, a resort operated by Silver Heritage in Nepal, held its casino grand opening on March 16 and 17.
The opening saw more than 1,250 resort visitors, including 982 casino patrons, over the two days, according to Silver.
The casino also achieved several milestones, including records for daily drop, with more than US$160,000 on March 17, and monthly drop, with more than $1m for the month to March 18, as well as records for daily gross gaming revenue, more than $54,000 on March 17, and monthly GGR, more than US$270,000 for the month to March 18.
