Cantor Gaming, an affiliate of financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, has acquired industry veteran Mickey Wichinski's businesses, including his catalogue of casino games, intellectual property and gaming expertise and full library of art, designs and technology.

Cantor will integrate and adapt games and content from the Wichinski catalogue onto its mobile gaming device, eDeck, which is undergoing field trials at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

"What Cantor is doing in Las Vegas is changing the rules for casinos," said Mickey Wichinski, who remains on board as a consultant. "With mobile gaming, operators can give customers the freedom to game where and when they choose.

"The wireless technology means casinos can tailor the content to their customers’ preferences and there’s no limit on the number of games they can add."
