Boyd Gaming has added Michael A. Hartmeier to its board of directors.
Hartmeier is currently on the board at DiamondRock Hospitality Company, which houses a portfolio of premium hotels and resorts across the US.
He has previously served as a member of Full House Resorts’ board of directors.
Hartmeier also has a stint at Barclays, as its head of lodging, gaming and leisure investment banking, on his CV.
He has completed more than US$125bn in financing and advisory assignments, including for several gaming companies, in his 25-year career to date.
