In the latest of its series of domestic market roadshows, German AWP manufacturer Bally Wulff was able to show for the first time the latest stages in the company’s transition to the new TR5 technology to which the whole German market must adhere.

The roadshow began in Berlin in June, moved on to Stuttgart and then to Nürnberg; then on to Essen and Hamburg, Bonn and Hannover, ending with Offenbach and Leipzig.

A cinema-quality presentation in each case displayed to operators the software solutions and innovative jackpot solutions that the company is bringing to its LUX portfolio of products.

It has taken years of development work to perfect the new software and jackpots, said managing director Lars Rogge to his audience. He was joined by renowned Berlin film-maker Michel Briegel who had directed the 15-minute documentary presentation of the new developments.

The movie captured the innovations behind the single jackpot and multi-user systems that have gone into the new software and it depicted the elaborate player tests that Briegel documented with his team over a period of several weeks.
