The tiny European country of Andorra is about to legalise gaming

The Andorran government plans to legalise both bricks-and-mortar and online gaming. A draft bill proposes establishing a gambling authority along with a method for issuing licences to local and foreign operators.

Andorra is located in the eastern Pyrenees Mountains between Spain and France. It has a population of around 85,000. Tourism is a large contributor to Andorra’s economy, with 10.2 million visitors annually. It is also known for being a tax haven.
