Russian gaming company Alsart has announced that it is to sell its Ukrainian gambling equipment and move into new markets.
The ban on gambling in Ukraine has forced the closure of slot halls and casinos, prompting Alsart to take such action. The company said that in light of the ban, it is planning to sell 11,000 machines.
Consequently, it intends to move its operations to markets where gambling is not prohibited, namely Kazakhstan and Georgia, where it plans to open slot halls.
