The board of directors of Russian manufacturer and operator Alsart Group has announced its development plan for 2009.
According to the plan, 2009 will be geared to the development of slot halls and casinos in Ukraine, Armenia and Belarus. There will also be development of Russian betting, bingo and lotteries.
“I consider that the most ups and downs are realised in a time of crisis,” said chairman Lyubov Loginova. “Now, with the global economic crisis and stagnation in CIS markets, it is the right time to increase our influence and share of the market. Today as never before it is possible to enter the market in a low-cost way, buying less successful operators.
“We have already reached some strategiс agreements regarding partnership in 2009.”
