Roulette wheel specialist Cammegh has produced a novel interpretation of the roulette wheel, the Mercury 360 Starlight Aurora.

Using Cammegh’s new Mercury 360 game engine, Starlight Aurora boasts standard features including an electronic level sensor and Ethernet port for remote access and connectivity, but as the name suggests it also brings a new colourful and eye-catching random dimension to the game, exploiting the Mercury 360’s Bonus RNG feature.

“The Bonus RNG enables the Mercury 360 Aurora to generate random events based on the mechanical motion of the ball and rotor, as these vary each game,” explained Andrew Cammegh. “In the case of the Mercury 360 Aurora these random events are used to colourful and glamorous effect; in each game the Aurora randomly selects one of eight colours which can be used as part of a side bet and/or a mystery prize.”

The Mercury 360 Aurora has selectable game modes, including solid colour mode, colour change mode indicating the ‘no more bets’ event, bonus mode, where the wheel randomly selects a colour each game and mystery prize mode, giving operators the chance to offer players random spot prizes.

Cammegh added: “Mystery prize mode is a really exciting addition, as this game mode has a configurable win percentage, bringing a whole new random dimension to the game and, when used in conjunction with the Billboard display, the game of roulette has never looked so colourful and exciting."
