There is now another investor in Vietnam’s Ho Tram Strip casino project.
NewCity Capital, through investment vehicle NewCity Ho Tram Investment, invested an undisclosed amount in the scheme.
The first phase of the project, the Grand Ho Tram Strip, opened last year with a casino and 541-room hotel. The project is owned by ACDL, which is majority owned by Harbinger Capital.
PNK owns part of the casino at Ho Tram and has the right to build a casino resort as part of the planned multi-billion, multi-property project, but has written off its investment there.
