What do you think are the key issues hampering the UK industry’s post-Covid recovery?
It’s worth remembering that so much of what we are able to do and, of course, unable to do, is a result of legislative constraints. That’s highly unusual in the hospitality and leisure space where if pubs or bars realise that a product isn’t working, they look to introduce an alternative.
