Could Brazil’s land-based gaming sector soon follow online gaming into law?
For years, eager eyes have been on Brazil waiting to see if it will take the plunge and embrace its potential as a gambling market. That dawn seems like it might be about to break, as a bill to authorise casinos, bingo and horseracing in Brazil has moved a step closer to being implemented into law.
On June 20, the Justice and Citizenship Commission voted 14-12 to move PL 2,234,2022 to the Senate Plenary.
