Slovenian multiplayer manufacturer ICIT was forced to seek financial assistance from casino operator Hit in August to enable it to pay salaries to its employees.

Due to a reduced cash flow, the company has experienced some liquidity problems, jeopardising the payout of July’s salaries to its employees. Hit’s management board announced that it had granted ICIT the financial means to pay its staff for July. A reorganisation plan is now being put together to provide adequate liquidity for the manufacturer.

Hit has denied suggestions that its decision to cancel an order for three electronic roulettes was directly responsible for ICIT’s current financial difficulties, stating that it represents only a “small portion” of the company’s income structure.
