Sega has released its latest kiddie ride featuring Sonic the Hedgehog, the Sonic Kiddie Ride.
Sonic Kiddie Ride places both players behind the wheel of the sports car Sonic drives in the game Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing Arcade. The game includes two steering wheels so each player is able to participate, and also features the music from the video game. This, claims Sega, creates a more immersive experience.
Paul Williams, Sega Europe COO and president, said: “Having two steering wheels creates real value for accompanying adults. It’s a two-for-one deal for the adult and perhaps more importantly, it’s a nice way to keep the peace between their two kids as both get to play at once."
