At the event, the company demonstrated its Epicentral promotions and bonusing print system as well as its Epic 950 gaming device printer.
Epicentral is a solution for the improvement of floor performance and revenue growth. It allows casino operators to target customers playing at any slot machine or electronic table game on a real-time basis. Designed to work with all existing gaming devices and slot management systems, it enables the delivery of customisable, targeted coupons and promotions directly to players.
Deployed alongside TransAct’s ServerPort device and Epic 950 printer, Epicentral provides a software suite that facilitates the creation of promotions using a variety of criteria, including uncarded player time on machine, coin in, carded player data, rated player data, earned rewards and randomly awarded prizes.
Using the system, casinos can run their on-floor marketing programs at the click of a button, simplifying the process of attracting, rewarding and retaining players.
According to the company, customers deploying Epicentral have reported proven results, including a 1,000 per cent return on investment.
