The service will include a variety of virtual games, including horses, dogs, football, motor racing and cycling. There are also plans to introduce numbers games later this year.

The channel is due to be launched in betting shops in Uganda during the first quarter of the year. Among the first to utilise the service will be betting operator Gaming International.

It will then be rolled out in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya.

“We’re very excited about partnering with Vermantia to make our content available to more and more customers across Africa,” said Steven Spartinos, co-CEO of Kiron Interactive. “We’re looking forward to speaking to operators in the coming weeks about how our new channel can provide a competitive advantage to their retail betting estates.”
