Gavin Isaacs is to leave Bally Technologies to join Shuffle master at the end of this month.

Isaacs, who has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Bally since 2006, will take up the role of chief executive at Shuffle master on April 1.

"I am delighted to join Shuffle Master at such an exciting time both for the company and for the global gaming industry," Isaacs said. "Shuffle Master is a great company steeped with accomplishment, highly innovative products, talented employees, and a growing worldwide customer base. There are extraordinary opportunities ahead for Shuffle Master and I look forward to working with the entire team as we position the company for future long-term growth and profitability."

Isaacs will be replaced at Bally by Ramesh Srinivasan, who joined Bally in 2005 as executive vice president of Bally Systems. He will now be promoted to the role of president and chief operating officer, responsible for all of Bally’s worldwide games, systems and server-based solutions.

"Ramesh Srinivasan has been a terrific business partner for more than 11 years across two companies, and I am confident that his outstanding track record of success will continue in these new responsibilities," said Richard Haddrill, Bally’s chief executive officer. "Gavin Isaacs has been an important part of our success at Bally, and we wish him well at Shuffle Master."
