DRGT Europe has been chosen by Bally Technologies to distribute its slot machines and related equipment in Belgium.

“We are delighted to be the new distributor for Bally and add its great products to our overall offerings,” said Jurgen De Munck, DRGT’s chief executive officer.

“Recent changes in gaming regulations in Belgium allow for linked progressives, Bally and DRGT are working closely to introduce these products to the market and offer the proven benefits of Bally products to Belgian operators and players.”

DRGT moved to a new 9,000sq.ft facility in Knokke-Heis, Flanders, in October, where all maintenance and support for Bally’s products will now be handled. The expanded facility enables it to guarantee a quicker turnaround of machines for operators.

“DRGT will be a great partner for us as we look to further increase our market share and presence in Belgium,” said Marco Herrera, Bally’s vice president and managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa. “Bally has an excellent reputation in linked progressives, and we are convinced this will give us the opportunity to relaunch Bally in Belgium.”
