JENSIgame of the Czech Republic is aiming to open a new market for the gaming industry with the development of internet lottery terminals.

The company’s cabinet range allows operators to integrate the ILT into all types of gaming venues, from high-end casinos to street gaming.

Jens Göransson, founder and chief executive officer of JENSIgame, said: “Our company philosophy is to allow players to enjoy internet gaming in traditional gaming locations. We employ our substantial experience in this sector within the legal framework to support our customers.

“New gaming markets are often contented both politically and by market contenders. We give operators peace of mind that they can provide the fun and entertainment of the ILTs on a long-term basis.”

JENSIgame offers a service module that allows operators to draw upon its support regardless of their location or time of day.

Lars Nisser, who heads the company’s service team in Hungary, known as Zigma, said: “We have developed very secure communication with our servers. This has placed JENSIgame in a leading position as this special technology gives operators the internet security they need. We are able to extract information from the ILTs, regardless of which country they are placed, in a very secure way and provide this information from our progammers to examine, should this be necessary.”

Nisser and his team, which includes Szilvia Zsitva and Veronika Serdult, were on hand at the recent Gamexpo in Hungary, underlining the company’s commitment to providing good service.

“We attend major exhibitions not only so that our customers can put a face behind the service team names,” he continued. “We actively support our customers with technical support and exchange ideas. Being active in so many countries, we can often foresee market developments and so we can advise our customers. We see ourselves as a proactive support team, ensuring our customers can run ILTs 24/7 and can profit from new market trends.”
