The final day of the big G2E trade show in Las Vegas – Thursday of last week – saw a major milestone achieved by Len Ainsworth's slot machine manufacturing company, Ainsworth Game Technology, from Sydney, Australia.
The company was told that its application for a licence to supply machines to Nevada had been approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission.
Chairman Ainsworth celebrated by announcing that the company would immediately open an office in Las Vegas, to provide the support for its entry into what is recognised as the world’s principal slot machines market.
“It is a major milestone for AGT,” said Ainsworth. “It has been a long road to achieve this position which ranks us with everyone else supplying this important market. We are confident that we will make a significant impact on the Nevada gaming scene.”
