Gaming Partners International has announced the new products that it will be showcasing at G2E Asia to be held on June 3-4 at the Venetian Macao.

The company will be exhibiting its newest development in RFID readers and application software for casinos. Complementing GPI’s existing line of RFID technology available in both 125KHz and 13.56MHz frequencies, the new readers and application sofware facilitate improved security of casino currency, increased speed of play and the elimination of error in chip counts and calculations. For the first time at G2E Asia, GPI will feature live demonstrations of its RFID technologies at work, highlighting the benefits for chip authenticity verification, tracking and inventorying.

GPI will also be introducing its eReady gaming tables, designed and built especially to accomodate the electronic equipment that is increasingly required on gaming tables. The eReady table design allows for ventilation and cooling of electronic equipment, elimination of signal interference of RFID transmitters and specially-built areas for shufflers and bill validators that are ergonimically placed for dealer convenience and comfort.

"With the growing use of RFID technology for chip verification and tracking, today’s gaming tables require more electronic equipment to be installed in them," commented Gerard Charlier, CEO and President of GPI. "Drawing upon our extensive furniture manufacturing experience as well as our pioneering efforts in developing RFID technology, GPI has developed an innovative and unique design that will allow the electronic equipment to perform at its fullest potential, while maintaining the beauty and function of our gaming tables."

Also being showcased this year is GPI’s newest line of playing cards, called the PSV Series. This new line features a unique paper formulation produced exclusively for GPI and designed to provide an economical yet quality addition to its existing line of premium playing cards, the Paulson series.
