Another strong year is being reported by Poydras Gaming Finance Corporation, the regional slot route operator in the US.

The company has 2,500 machines across 25 casinos in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. The second quarter ended June 30 was impacted by 145 machines being offline for a majority of the quarter in preparation for being moved to new locations.

Revenue of US$3.3m, an increase of 272 per cent compared with Q2 of 2015, is reported and EBITDA is adjusted to $1.988m compared with a negative $142,830 in the comparative quarter. The net loss is down to $946,103 from $1.5m. The company also reportd a new long-term contract to place 234 machines in a new native American casino in Oklahoma.
