Incredible Technologies, the US-based amusement games company best known for its Golden Tee golf video game, has entered the gaming industry.
The company exhibited at last month’s G2E show in Las Vegas after announcing that it has been issued with licences to manufacture and distribute electronic gaming devices by the state of Nevada.
At G2E the company debuted its Magic Touch line of Class III video slot, poker and keno products. President and CEO Elaine Hodgson said that the move into gaming was a "natural evolution" for the company.
"We are experts in creating games that attract adults," she said. "Ten million players have spent over $3bn on Golden Tee alone during the past 20 years. We have the talent and the technology to enter the new world order of gaming that is developing today. The timing is right for us."
