The Aland-based gaming company Paf has signed a new partnership agreement with shipping company AS Tallink Grupp.
The agreement ensures that Paf will continue to manage the casino and slot machine operations on board all Tallink and Silja Line ships on the Baltic Sea.
Tallink Grupp's fleet consists of 18 vessels operating on six routes across the Baltic Sea. The company has 6,800 employees in Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Germany and transports more than nine million passengers annually.
Paf has handled casino and slot machine operations aboard the company's vessels since 1997. “We at Paf are very proud and excited at Tallink Grupp’s continued confidence in us as a partner,” said Anders Ingves, CEO of Paf.
“This agreement is an acknowledgment that our nearly 50 years as a supplier of land and sea-based games, combined with our broad portfolio of online games, make us an experienced and unique partner in the international gaming market.”
Paf has worked closely with shipping companies operating ferries on the Baltic Sea for over 40 years. Today, Paf operates secure and entertaining gaming in a socially responsible environment aboard a total of 25 ships on the Baltic Sea. These games include a wide variety of casino games, slot machines and bingo.
The agreement between Paf and AS Tallink Grupp came into force on June 26 and is for four years.
